Repeat X Games gold medalist Nate Adams overcame a debilitating shoulder injury, nerve injury, and almost a year of intense physical therapy, to make it back to the starting line up at X Games 2012. Underdog status didn’t deter him, Nate got back on his bike with a tiebreaker for bronze in Freestyle resulting in a fourth place finish and Silver in Speed & Style making for 13 lifetime Moto X medals—a record only shared by Travis Pastrana. It has been physically, mentally, and personally difficult path, but Nate is officially back!
